How to use

Plug the female 3.5 mm L-R-MIC-GND end of the adapter into the headset plug, then insert the male 3.5 mm L-R-GND-MIC plug into the mobile phone or tablet audio jack. Verify headset microphone and audio functions in a call or media playback; no additional drivers or configuration are required.

Recommendations

For reliable contact, ensure both connectors are fully inserted and keep the cable free from sharp bends. Use the adapter with devices that feature a combined headphone/microphone jack; it is not intended for separate dedicated microphone or line-level ports.
