Audio kábel Goobay (WENTRONIC) 65306 — 3 m TOSLINK konektor samec na samec, meď, pozlátené kontakty, čierny/strieborný

Optical audio cable Goobay (WENTRONIC) 65306 is a 3 m TOSLINK male‑to‑male digital audio lead designed to transmit S/PDIF-format audio between televisions, soundbars, AV receivers, DACs and other digital audio components. The cable combines a fiber‑optic transmission medium with copper conductors in the plug assembly and gold‑plated connector contacts in a slim metal housing finished in black and silver. It supports interference‑free digital audio transfer for synchronized sound and picture reproduction in home cinema and hi‑fi setups.

Advantages

The optical design makes the cable immune to electromagnetic interference and ground loop noise, ensuring stable signal integrity over the full 3 m length. Gold‑plated connector contacts reduce the risk of corrosion and maintain reliable contact over repeated insertions. The slim metal plugs and braided textile sheath provide mechanical protection, bend relief and a compact appearance that fits modern AV equipment. The 3 m length is practical for connecting wall‑mounted TVs to nearby audio devices without excess slack.

Suitable for

• Connecting a TV to a soundbar or AV receiver using S/PDIF (TOSLINK) optical input/output
• Linking game consoles or Blu‑ray players to external DACs or stereo systems
• Home cinema installations where electrical interference could affect audio quality
• Setups that require a 3 m length with durable, low‑profile connectors

Key specifications

• Connector type: TOSLINK male to TOSLINK male (straight)
• Length: 3 m
• Transmission format: S/PDIF (optical digital audio)
• Cable material: optical fibre with copper conductors in connector assembly
• Connector contacts: gold‑plated
• Outer finish: slim metal plugs with braided textile sheath (black/silver)
• Bend protection: integrated at connector ends

How to use

Insert one TOSLINK plug into the optical output of your source device (TV, console, Blu‑ray player) and insert the other plug into the optical input of the receiving device (soundbar, AV receiver, DAC). Ensure the optical connector caps are removed and align the plug with the square TOSLINK socket; push gently until it seats. Configure the audio output settings on the source device to use S/PDIF/optical output and select the correct input on the receiver. Avoid excessive bending near the connector to preserve the fibre optic core.

Recommendations

The cable is intended for indoor consumer AV use. For best performance, avoid tight bends, sharp kinks and prolonged compression under heavy objects. If connecting a wall‑mounted TV, route the cable along cable channels or behind the mount to prevent strain on the connector. Regularly inspect the connectors and keep dust caps when not in use to protect the optical interfaces.
