How to use

Route the cable between the source and destination, ensuring connectors are fully seated in the XLR sockets and the latch engages where applicable. For microphone connections, connect the female XLR to the microphone output and the male XLR to the mixer or preamp input. Avoid tight bends and sharp kinks to preserve cable life and maintain consistent audio performance. Coil and store the cable properly after use to prevent damage and tangling.

Recommendations

For optimal noise rejection, keep balanced cable runs away from mains power cables and high-current lighting cables. Inspect connectors periodically for secure contacts and replace the cable if connector pins appear bent or corroded. Use the cable’s distinct red color to label signal paths or designate specific channels during live events.
