Audio kábel ShiverPeaks BS06-18505 50 m čierny/červený

The ShiverPeaks BS06-18505 50m audio cable is a long-run cable designed for routing audio signals over extended distances in installations where flexibility and visibility matter. Constructed with copper-clad aluminium (CCA) conductor and finished in a black and red jacket, this 50 m cable is suitable for sound systems, stage setups and fixed audio installations where a continuous conductor without pre-attached connectors is required.

Advantages

The CCA conductor balances conductivity and cost, providing a lightweight cable suitable for long runs while maintaining acceptable signal transmission for many audio applications. The contrasting black and red outer jacket helps with polarity identification and cable management during installation. The cable’s flexibility and length make it practical for both temporary setups and permanent routing through walls, ducts, or along stage edges.

Suitable for

• Long-distance audio signal runs in halls, auditoriums and venues
• Connecting passive speakers or amplifiers where terminals will be attached on-site
• Stage wiring and temporary event audio installations
• Home audio systems requiring extended cable length between components

Key specifications

• Cable length: 50 m
• Conductor type: Copper-clad aluminium (CCA)
• Connector configuration: Cable-only, no pre-attached connectors
• Outer colour: Black with red polarity marking

How to use

Cut the required length and strip the outer jacket and conductor insulation according to the terminal type of your speakers, amplifiers or connectors. Attach appropriate connectors or terminate the conductors to speaker terminals, ensuring correct polarity using the black and red markings. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference to preserve signal quality. Secure the cable with clips or cable ties where necessary to prevent movement and wear.

Recommendations

For best results, use this cable for low- to mid-power passive speaker connections and fixed installations. Avoid routing the cable parallel to mains power lines to reduce potential interference. When connecting in professional or high-SPL systems, verify impedance and power handling requirements and consider using dedicated oxygen-free copper (OFC) cables if maximum conductivity is required.
