Audio kábel WENTRONIC Goobay 65290 — 3,5-mm jack konektor samec na 2×Cinch konektor samec, 5 m, meď, pozlátený, magneticky tienený

WENTRONIC Goobay 65290 is a 5 m analogue audio cable with a 3.5 mm male jack on one end and two RCA male plugs on the other. The conductors are copper (AWG 28) and the connector contacts are gold‑plated to ensure reliable conductivity and resistance to corrosion. The cable features magnetic shielding to reduce interference and maintain a clean stereo signal over a longer run. The product comes in a slim Sharkskin Grey design with a textile-sheathed cable and metal connector housings.

Advantages

The gold‑plated contacts improve long-term contact quality and reduce the risk of oxidation. Copper conductors with AWG 28 provide consistent signal transmission suitable for consumer audio devices. Magnetic shielding helps suppress electromagnetic interference from nearby electronics, preserving audio clarity. A 5 m length enables flexible placement of source devices and amplifiers without needing additional adapters or extension solutions.

Suitable for

• Connecting smartphones, tablets or laptops with a 3.5 mm headphone output to home amplifiers or stereo systems with RCA inputs
• Linking portable audio players to powered speakers or receivers for playback
• Integrating a TV or set‑top box audio output with an external amplifier or soundbar that accepts RCA inputs

Key specifications

• Connector 1: 3.5 mm male (straight)
• Connector 2: 2 × RCA male (straight)
• Cable length: 5 m
• Conductor material: copper (AWG 28)
• Contact plating: gold‑plated contacts
• Shielding: magnetic shielding to reduce EMI
• Outer design: textile sheathing with metal connector housings, Sharkskin Grey
• Product colour: silver and black

How to use

Insert the 3.5 mm male plug into the headphone or line‑out jack of the source device (smartphone, laptop or media player). Plug the red and white RCA male connectors into the corresponding RCA input jacks on the amplifier, receiver or powered speakers, matching red to right channel and white to left channel. Secure connections by fully inserting each plug until it seats firmly; avoid twisting during insertion to protect the gold‑plated contacts. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and keep it separated from power cords where possible to minimise noise.

Recommendations

For best audio performance, ensure source device output level is set appropriately to avoid clipping. Keep the cable away from strong magnetic fields and mains power cables to reduce interference. When not in use, coil the cable loosely to prevent stress on the connectors and textile sheath.
