Audio rozbočovač Hama 00205179 čierny Toslink 2 x Toslink

The Hama 00205179 Black Toslink audio splitter lets you distribute a single optical audio signal to two Toslink inputs. Designed for home theatre and audio setups, this compact black adapter provides a straightforward way to connect multiple devices such as soundbars, AV receivers and digital-to-analog converters, while preserving the optical signal path for digital audio.

Advantages

The splitter's durable black housing offers a compact and unobtrusive solution for expanding a Toslink connection without requiring additional active electronics. It supports simultaneous connections to two Toslink devices from one source, helping simplify cable routing and device switching in living rooms and media cabinets. The passive design avoids the need for external power and maintains a neat, low-profile installation.

How to use

Align the Toslink connector of the source device with the input on the Hama splitter and insert firmly until it clicks. Connect Toslink cables from each of the two splitter outputs to the corresponding Toslink inputs on your target devices. Ensure all devices are powered and set to the correct optical audio input. If audio is not detected, check cable seating and source output settings to confirm the digital audio signal is active.

Recommendations

Use high-quality Toslink cables of appropriate length to minimize signal loss and avoid sharp bends near the connectors. For complex setups where independent audio routing or multiple simultaneous active sources are required, consider using an active optical switch or matrix instead of a passive splitter.
