How to use

Insert the 2GO FlexCharge into the vehicle's cigar lighter socket until it is securely seated. Place a Qi-compatible smartphone on the charging surface following any alignment indicators on the unit. Charging will begin automatically when the phone is in proper contact and the vehicle power is on. Remove the phone carefully when charging is complete or when the vehicle is turned off. For optimal operation, ensure the phone's wireless charging feature is enabled and there are no thick cases or metal objects between the phone and the charger.

Recommendations

Use a phone case no thicker than manufacturer-specified limits for wireless charging and avoid metal mounts or coins between the device and charger. If the vehicle supports both 12V and 24V systems, verify that the cigar lighter circuit is functioning and that the charger is fully inserted for reliable power delivery.
