How to use

Place the non-stick baking pan into the machine, add ingredients according to your chosen recipe and the measurements recommended by the program. Select the desired program and loaf size, adjust crust browning if needed, and set the timer for delayed start up to 13 hours. Press start to begin mixing, kneading and baking. Use the viewing window to monitor progress and remove the finished loaf when the program ends. Allow the pan and housing to cool before cleaning; the removable lid and non-stick pan simplify maintenance.

Recommendations

For best results, follow recipe ingredient order and measured weights, choose the program matching the flour type (for example, the gluten-free program for gluten-free flour), and avoid opening the lid during critical kneading stages. Use the keep-warm function for short-term holding and re-bake only when necessary to refresh crust texture.
