Bahco 1435/5 sada na vytiahnutie skrutiek

The Bahco 1435/5 screw extractor set contains five extractors engineered to remove damaged, rounded or broken screws efficiently. Manufactured from heat-treated steel for strength and wear resistance, the compact set is lightweight (approximately 110 g) and designed for handheld use as well as for inclusion in a tool kit. Each extractor has a tapered, reverse-thread profile to bite into screw remnants and enable controlled extraction without further damaging the surrounding material.

Advantages

The set provides durable performance due to hardened steel construction and a geometry that improves grip in damaged screw heads. Its compact size and low weight make it easy to position in tight spaces and to carry on job sites. Precision machining of the flutes ensures consistent engagement and reduced slipping when used with an appropriate driver or wrench. The variety of sizes included covers common screw head diameters, reducing the need to improvise with unsuitable tools.

Suitable for

• Removing stripped or rounded screw heads
• Extracting broken screws from metal, wood or plastic assemblies
• Maintenance and repair work for automotive, machinery and household items
• Use in workshops, service vans and home toolboxes

Key specifications

• Quantity: 5 extractors
• Material: heat-treated / hardened steel
• Weight: approximately 110 g (set)
• Design: tapered reverse-thread extractor profile
• Compatibility: suitable for use with hand drivers, taps, or adjustable wrenches depending on size

How to use

Select an extractor size that approximately matches the damaged screw diameter. If necessary, center-punch and drill a pilot hole into the screw remnant to provide guiding for the extractor. Insert the extractor into the pilot hole and turn counterclockwise using a suitable driver or wrench; the reverse-thread profile will bite into the screw and allow removal. Apply steady, controlled torque to avoid fracturing the extractor or causing additional damage to the workpiece. If extraction becomes difficult, apply penetrating lubricant and allow it to work before attempting again.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and gloves. Match extractor size to the screw and avoid excessive force; when possible, prepare a centered pilot hole to improve engagement. Store the set in a dry place to prevent corrosion and inspect extractors for wear before use to ensure reliable performance.
