Balenie sponiek Einhell 4137875 3000 sponiek 1,9 cm dĺžka chrbta 5,7 mm šírka chrbta

The Einhell staples pack contains 3000 staples designed for general-purpose stapling. Each staple features a leg length of 1.9 cm and a crown width of 5.7 mm, suitable for a variety of fastening tasks in home, workshop and office environments. These metal staples are intended for use with compatible standard staplers and provide secure holding for materials such as fabric, insulation, light plywood, cardboard and paper.

Advantages

These staples offer consistent sizing and finish across the pack, ensuring reliable performance and easy feeding in most manual and pneumatic staplers that accept this staple format. The combination of a 1.9 cm leg and a 5.7 mm crown provides deeper penetration and a wider seat compared with shorter legs or narrower crowns, improving hold in thicker or layered materials. Supplied in a bulk quantity of 3000 pieces, the pack reduces the need for frequent reordering for small to medium projects.

Suitable for

• General fastening of upholstery, fabric and netting
• Fixing insulation, vapor barriers and underlay
• Light carpentry tasks such as securing thin plywood or battens
• Paper, cardboard and packaging assembly

Key specifications

• Quantity: 3000 staples per pack
• Leg length: 1.9 cm (19 mm)
• Crown width: 5.7 mm
• Material: metal staples suitable for general use
• Compatibility: for standard staplers that accept staples with 19 mm legs and 5.7 mm crowns

How to use

Load the staples into a compatible stapler following the tool manufacturer's instructions. Position the material to be fastened and press the stapler firmly against the surface before actuating. For thicker or layered materials, ensure the staple leg length is sufficient to penetrate and clinch on the opposite side or into the backing. When using a pneumatic stapler, set the air pressure according to the stapler's specifications and perform a test staple on scrap material to confirm correct drive depth and clinch.

Recommendations

Store the pack in a dry place to prevent corrosion. For best results, match staple leg length and crown width to the material thickness and stapler type; if unsure, test on a sample piece and adjust technique or equipment pressure as needed.
