Baliace páska Tesa 4024, 50 mm × 66 m, lepidlo bez rozpúšťadiel, hnedá

Tesa 4024 packaging tape is a 50 mm × 66 m brown carton sealing tape with a solvent-free adhesive formulation. It is developed for sealing corrugated cardboard boxes and parcels in warehousing, shipping and e‑commerce environments. The tape combines reliable adhesion to cardboard surfaces with a hand-tearable backing and consistent unwind performance, allowing efficient application by hand or with standard tape dispensers.

Advantages

The solvent-free adhesive reduces exposure to volatile solvents while maintaining secure bond strength on most types of cardboard. The 50 mm width offers wide coverage for standard carton seams and reduces the number of tape strips required per package. The backing is designed for easy hand tearing and smooth unwind, which lowers application time and minimizes tape waste. The brown color provides discreet sealing for corrugated boxes and improves concealment of contents compared with clear alternatives.

Suitable for

• Sealing corrugated cardboard cartons for storage and transport
• Order packing in e‑commerce fulfilment and retail dispatch
• General shipping and logistics operations where solvent-free adhesive is required
• Manual sealing with hand or desktop tape dispensers

Key specifications

• Width: 50 mm
• Length: 66 m
• Color: brown
• Adhesive type: solvent-free acrylic
• Backing: hand-tearable polypropylene film
• Application method: manual or dispenser use

How to use

Ensure the carton surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust or oils before application. Unwind the tape and apply firmly along the carton seam, pressing the adhesive into contact with the cardboard to ensure full adhesion. For best results use a tape dispenser to maintain consistent tension and alignment; for small volumes the tape can be torn by hand along the backing. Store unopened rolls in a dry environment at moderate temperature to preserve adhesive performance.

Recommendations

For heavy or high-value shipments consider applying two strips of tape—one along the center seam and one across the flaps—to increase sealing security. Avoid applying tape to wet or very cold surfaces as adhesion may be reduced until the surface returns to room temperature.
