BALLARINI Cortina Granitium Wok Ø28cm/3,0mm

The BALLARINI Cortina Granitium wok stands apart from ordinary non-stick pans thanks to its thick 3.0 mm forged aluminium body and the exceptionally durable Granitium coating. Unlike thin stamped woks that warp and lose their non-stick properties quickly, this Italian-made piece delivers even heat distribution and a robust cooking surface that resists scratches and abrasion. The 28 cm diameter and generous depth make it ideal for stir-frying, deep-frying, steaming, and one-pan meals for the whole family.

In daily use

The Cortina Granitium wok excels at high-heat cooking. Its thick base prevents hot spots, so vegetables sear quickly while retaining their crunch, and proteins develop a beautiful caramelised crust without sticking. The Granitium coating allows you to use less oil, making it easier to prepare lighter meals. The single long handle offers excellent leverage for tossing ingredients, and its ergonomic shape reduces wrist strain. Clean-up is effortless: a simple wipe or a quick wash is all it takes, and the coating's resistance to abrasion means it will look great even after years of regular use.
