After installation, switch the headlamp on and verify normal operation and expected beam output. Recharge the pack according to the manufacturer’s charging instructions and replace it with a charged pack when runtime declines to avoid unexpected loss of light during use. Follow standard battery safety practices such as avoiding exposure to extreme heat and inspecting for damage before each use.

Recommendations

Store the rechargeable battery pack partially charged if it will not be used for extended periods, and keep it in a cool, dry place. Carry a fully charged spare if extended or critical illumination is expected. Use only the manufacturer-recommended charger and observe charging times to maintain battery health and safety.
