Batoh DEUTER AC Lite 22 SL 22 l — vnútorný rám, 22 l, 910 g, grafit

DEUTER AC Lite 22 SL is a 22‑litre internal‑frame hiking backpack engineered for day hikes and light treks. The pack combines a lightweight 910 g construction with an SL (Slim Line) fit tailored to shorter backs and women’s anatomies, while the ventilated back system improves airflow during active movement. Practical pockets and attachment points accommodate water reservoirs, layers and small outdoor essentials for short excursions.

Advantages

The internal frame and ergonomic SL cut provide stable load distribution and a closer fit to the torso for improved balance on uneven trails. The ventilated back panel and breathable shoulder straps reduce heat buildup and moisture transfer during sustained activity. Multiple compartments and a stretch front pocket offer organised access to items, and lightweight materials keep overall carry weight low without sacrificing durability.

How to use

Load heavier items close to the back and near the middle of the pack to keep the centre of gravity stable. Use the internal frame and adjustment straps to position the pack so the hipbelt bears most of the weight; tighten shoulder straps for comfort without overloading the neck and shoulders. Place frequently used items in the front stretch pocket and hipbelt pockets for quick access. If using a hydration reservoir, insert it into the designated sleeve and route the hose through the shoulder strap channel.

Recommendations

For optimal comfort on day trips, adjust the SL shoulder harness to match your torso length and test load distribution before long walks. Rinse or brush off dirt after wet or muddy conditions and allow the pack to dry fully away from direct heat. Use a rain cover in prolonged wet weather to protect gear and fabric.
