Batoh DEUTER AC Lite 22 SL — 22 l, vnútorný rám, 910 g, šírka 300 mm, unisex, modrý

DEUTER AC Lite 22 SL is a 22 L hiking backpack with an internal frame and a ventilated back designed to provide active airflow and lightweight load management. The pack weighs 910 g and features an SL-specific ergonomic fit tailored to shorter torso lengths, making it suitable for smaller or female anatomies. With compact external dimensions of 56 x 30 x 23 cm and breathable back construction, the backpack is intended for day hikes and fastpacking where ventilation, mobility and secure load transfer are required.

Advantages

The internal frame ensures stable load transfer and keeps the backpack close to the body for improved balance on technical trails. The ventilated back system reduces heat buildup and improves airflow during movement. The SL fit optimises shoulder strap and hipbelt positioning for shorter torso lengths. At 910 g and 22 L volume the pack combines lightness with enough capacity for essentials, while its compact shape minimises bulk for agile movement.

How to use

Pack heavier items close to the internal frame and keep weight low and central in the main compartment to maintain stability. Adjust shoulder straps, sternum strap and hipbelt so the majority of the load rests on the hips rather than the shoulders; the SL fit is tuned for shorter torso lengths and may require smaller strap adjustments. Use the ventilated back while moving to benefit from improved airflow, and open compartments only when stationary to keep contents secure. In wet conditions use a rain cover or weatherproof storage for electronics and important documents.

Recommendations

For day hikes and fastpacking keep the load minimal — water, weather protection, first-aid and nutrition — so the ventilated back and internal frame perform effectively. Check and adjust strap tension regularly during long descents or activity changes to maintain ergonomic fit and comfort.
