BD-R DL MediaRange 50GB balenie 25 ks

MediaRange Professional Line BD-R DL media provide reliable archival-grade storage with a native capacity of 50 GB per disc. Supplied in a 25-disc cakebox, these BD-R DL discs support write speeds up to 6x and conform to the standard 120 mm optical disc diameter for compatibility with most BD-R drives. The ProSelect series features a 23–118 mm printing area and a special lacquer on the printable surface for stable thermal retransfer printing; the fully metalized underside ensures consistent image quality across the inner printing zone. The discs are produced with a “high to low” manufacturing method to improve compatibility with burners, printers and robotic duplication systems and are designed for long archival life with good UV resistance.

Advantages

These MediaRange BD-R DL discs combine 50 GB native capacity with 6x write speed to balance storage volume and efficient recording. The ProSelect lacquered printable surface and completely metalized underside provide reliable thermal retransfer printing and consistent image reproduction. Manufacturing with the “high to low” process ensures broad compatibility with duplicators and robotic systems, while materials and construction target long-term archival stability and UV light resistance.

Suitable for

• Professional duplication and mass burning tasks
• Long-term archiving and backups

How to use

Insert a BD-R DL disc into a compatible BD-R burner and select the appropriate disc format in your burning software. Use write speeds up to 6x for reliable recording; slower speeds may improve compatibility for some drives. After recording, allow any post-write processes to complete before handling. For thermal retransfer printing, place the disc in a printer that supports ProSelect lacquered media and set the printer parameters to match the 23–118 mm printable area.

Recommendations

Store discs in their cakebox in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For long-term archiving, verify recorded data after burning and consider creating multiple copies. When using duplication towers or robotic systems, confirm compatibility with BD-R DL media and test a sample disc before large-scale runs.
