Berker W.1 Kryt jednotlivej kolísky, lesklý biely, IP44, do omietky

In damp or semi-exposed locations, standard switch covers can let moisture reach live parts, risking corrosion, tracking, or even shock. The Berker W.1 rocker cover in glossy white (WWW1000WP) closes that gap with an IP44-rated, shatterproof thermoplastic face that snaps onto compatible W.1 inserts to keep splashing water and dust away from the mechanism. Its single-rocker design preserves the familiar tactile operation of Berker switches and push-buttons, while the high-gloss polar white finish stays clean and bright even after repeated wiping with common cleaning agents.

Who is it for

This cover is built for electricians, facility managers, and homeowners who need a reliable, code-compliant finish for flush-mounted switch points in bathrooms, utility rooms, covered terraces, or protected outdoor areas. It suits both new installations and retrofits where the existing Berker W.1 insert is already in place, and it matches the W.1 frame system for a consistent look across a project.

Main features

• IP44 ingress protection: guards against splashing water and solid objects larger than 1 mm, making it suitable for damp rooms and protected outdoor zones.
• Glossy polar white thermoplastic: shatterproof, halogen-free, and UV-stabilized to resist yellowing and mechanical impact.
• Single-rocker design: compatible with Berker W.1 rocker switches and push-buttons, preserving the original actuation feel.
• Flush-mounted (Unterputz) installation: fits standard W.1 frames and inserts for a clean, low-profile finish.
• Cleaning resistance: withstands common household and commercial cleaning agents without surface degradation.

Tips

For a seamless appearance, pair this cover with Berker W.1 frames in the same glossy white finish. Although the cover is IP44-rated, the complete assembly's protection depends on the insert and frame combination—verify the entire switch unit meets the required IP class for the installation environment. When cleaning, use a soft cloth with mild detergent; avoid abrasive pads that could dull the gloss.
