BESSEY TGNT100T40 hlboká skrutková svorka 1000 mm x 400 mm s drevenou rukoväťou

The BESSEY TGNT100T40 deep-clamping screw clamp delivers an impressive 7,000 N clamping force across a 1000 mm opening, making it a powerhouse for demanding woodworking and metalworking tasks. Its 400 mm throat depth reaches far into wide panels, while the robust 45 x 12 mm steel rail resists bending under load. An ergonomic wooden handle and smooth trapezoidal spindle ensure precise, comfortable operation, and the one-piece fixed arm with heat-resistant polyamide pressure plate protects delicate surfaces. Forged sliding arm and malleable cast iron construction guarantee longevity in professional workshops.

Advantages

The TGNT series combines high clamping force with user-friendly features. The wooden handle provides a secure grip and classic feel, while the trapezoidal thread spindle runs smoothly for quick adjustments. The fixed arm and pressure plate are cast as one piece, eliminating weak points and ensuring perfect alignment. Heat-resistant polyamide pressure plates won't mar workpieces, even under high pressure. The forged sliding arm withstands heavy-duty use, and the malleable cast iron arms absorb shock without cracking, delivering reliable performance over years of service.
