Zvierka F Bessey TPN20B6BE – 20 cm rozovretie, hliníkové telo, čierne a červené komponenty

Bessey TPN20B6BE is an F-clamp with a 20 cm opening and an aluminium body designed for general holding and clamping tasks. The clamp combines a rigid aluminium frame with black and red plastic components and a screw mechanism to provide controlled clamping pressure while remaining lightweight at approximately 450 g. It is suitable for positioning parts, gluing operations and temporary fastening in woodworking, metalworking and general assembly.

Advantages

The aluminium body offers a balance of rigidity and reduced weight compared with steel clamps, making the tool easier to handle during repetitive tasks. The 20 cm opening covers common workpiece sizes for joinery and small assemblies. The screw drive enables gradual adjustment of clamping pressure for secure holding without sudden slips. Black and red finish parts are resistant to wear and provide clear visual contrast for orientation during use.

Suitable for

• Woodworking joinery and panel glue-ups
• Small metalworking fixtures and holding tasks
• DIY assembly and repair tasks
• Temporary fastening during sanding, finishing or drilling

Key specifications

• Maximum opening: 200 mm
• Body material: aluminium
• Weight: approximately 450 g
• Finish: black and red components
• Clamp type: F-clamp with screw drive

How to use

Place the fixed jaw against one face of the workpiece and slide the movable jaw to approximate position using the bar. Turn the screw handle to apply clamping pressure until the parts are held securely; avoid over-tightening to prevent deformation of softer materials. For glue-ups, align the parts accurately before tightening and maintain pressure until the adhesive reaches handling strength. Release the clamp by rotating the screw handle counterclockwise and retract the movable jaw along the bar.

Recommendations

Use protective pads between the clamp jaws and finished surfaces to avoid marring. Inspect the screw mechanism and aluminium bar regularly for damage or excessive wear. For repetitive or high-force clamping tasks, consider using additional clamps to distribute pressure evenly and reduce stress on the aluminium body.
