How to use

Install the receiver in a location with clear line-of-sight to the performance area where possible and connect its audio output to an amplifier or mixer input. Insert the recommended batteries into the handheld transmitter and switch it on. Tune the receiver to the VHF 214.35 MHz frequency if required or use the preset channel, then test the microphone level and adjust the mixer or amplifier gain to achieve the desired volume without clipping. Maintain a distance within the device’s effective short-range operating area and avoid placing the receiver behind large metallic objects or other sources of interference.

Recommendations

Use fresh batteries in the handheld transmitter before events and verify audio levels during soundcheck. Position the receiver for minimal obstacles between it and the transmitter, and perform a quick frequency check to confirm clear transmission on 214.35 MHz in the event location.
