Bezpečnostná kamera Bosch NDE-8704-RT 8MP HDR 12-38mm IP67

The Bosch NDE-8704-RT is an 8MP HDR surveillance camera with a 12-38mm motorized zoom lens and weatherproof IP67 protection. Designed for outdoor and indoor fixed installations, the camera delivers high-resolution 4K-class video and enhanced dynamic range processing to preserve detail in bright and low-light scenes. Its optical range and image processing provide clear identification of faces and objects at medium-to-long distances while maintaining reliable operation in harsh environmental conditions.

Advantages

The camera combines 8MP resolution with HDR image processing to capture fine detail across high-contrast scenes. The 12–38mm lens offers flexible framing and optical zoom without compromising image clarity. An IP67-rated housing ensures dust-tight and water-resistant performance for exposed outdoor sites. Integrated image optimization reduces motion blur and improves low-light capture, while network connectivity supports remote monitoring and integration with standard video management systems.

Suitable for

• Perimeter and perimeter entry monitoring
• Parking lots and vehicle access areas
• Campus and facility perimeter surveillance
• Outdoor retail and building façades
• Transport hubs and station platforms

Key specifications

• Image sensor: 8 megapixel resolution
• Lens: 12–38 mm motorized zoom
• Image processing: High Dynamic Range (HDR)
• Ingress protection: IP67 weatherproof housing
• Video output: High-resolution network video (IP)
• Low-light performance: optimized sensitivity and noise reduction
• Mounting: fixed/adjustable housing for wall or pole installations

How to use

Install the camera on a stable surface such as a wall or pole using appropriate mounting hardware. Connect the camera to the network switch or PoE power source following local electrical and network standards. Use the camera's web interface or your video management system to configure resolution, frame rate, exposure and HDR settings, and to set the optical zoom and focal position for the desired coverage. Perform focus and framing adjustments on-site to ensure identification-quality images at target distances, then save configuration and enable remote monitoring and recording.

Recommendations

Position the camera to minimize direct sun or strong backlight in the field of view to allow HDR processing to maximize detail. For long-range identification, verify focus and zoom settings during installation and allow periodic cleaning of the housing window to maintain image clarity. Use a compatible network video recorder or management platform to take advantage of high-resolution streams and to configure motion detection, retention and secure access controls.
