Bezpečnostná kamera DAHUA HDBW5842R-ASE-0280B-S3 8MP IR Dome

The DAHUA HDBW5842R-ASE-0280B-S3 is an 8MP fixed dome surveillance camera designed for outdoor and indoor security monitoring. It provides 3840 × 2160 effective pixels, built-in IR illumination for low-light and night operation, a 1/1.8" sensor and an M12 lens mount. The camera includes a built-in microphone, audio input/output, alarm I/O and supports on-board storage up to 512 GB. Power options include 12 VDC or PoE (802.3af/ePoE), and the unit operates in temperatures from −40 °C to +60 °C.

Advantages

The camera delivers high-resolution 8 megapixel (4K) video suitable for detailed identification and wide-area coverage. Integrated IR illumination ensures usable imagery in darkness, while the wide sensor and electronic shutter range support varied lighting conditions. Multiple I/O interfaces — including audio in/out, RJ45 network port and alarm contacts — increase system integration flexibility. Support for up to 512 GB microSD storage and PoE power simplifies installation and local recording options.

Suitable for

• Outdoor perimeter and building surveillance
• Indoor monitoring of large rooms and entrances
• Retail, office and small industrial security
• Nighttime monitoring where infrared illumination is required

How to use

Mount the dome camera on a suitable ceiling or wall surface using the manufacturer’s mounting pattern and hardware. Connect network and power — either via PoE through the RJ45 port or using a 12 VDC supply — and insert a microSD card if local recording is required. Configure network settings and video parameters through the camera’s web interface or compatible NVR software, set infrared and exposure options as needed, and test audio and alarm inputs/outputs for correct operation.

Recommendations

Install the camera in a sheltered location if possible to extend service life; avoid direct exposure to strong artificial light sources that may affect image quality. Use PoE for simplified cabling and consider configuring motion detection and appropriate retention on the microSD or NVR to manage storage.
