Bezpečnostná kamera Dahua IPC-HFW2449S-S-IL-0280B 4MP IR Bullet

The Dahua IPC-HFW2449S-S-IL-0280B 4MP IR Bullet is a compact outdoor-ready surveillance camera that captures up to 2688 × 1520 resolution using a 1/2.9" CMOS sensor and a fixed 2.8 mm F1.6 lens. The camera supports H.265/H.264 compression, two video streams, built-in microphone, smart illumination (IR and warm light) with up to 30 m range, and a metal IP67-rated housing. It supports PoE or 12 VDC power, on-board micro SD storage (up to 256 GB), ONVIF compatibility and a range of network protocols for integration with third-party systems.

Advantages

This Dahua 4MP IR bullet camera provides high-resolution 4M video and wide 95° horizontal field of view for broad coverage. Night and low-light performance is enhanced by smart IR and warm-light illumination that reach 30 m, while Smart H.265+/H.264+ codecs reduce bandwidth and storage usage. The camera offers perimeter protection (intrusion and tripwire) with vehicle/human classification, robust cyber security features, and a durable metal body rated IP67 for outdoor installations.

Suitable for

• Perimeter and entrance monitoring for homes and small businesses
• Outdoor surveillance of parking areas and walkways
• Integration into NVR systems and third-party ONVIF platforms

How to use

Mount the camera using appropriate hardware for the chosen surface and run network and power cabling: PoE (recommended) or 12 VDC. Insert a micro SD card if local recording is desired (supports up to 256 GB). Configure the device through the Dahua management software (DSS/DMSS) or a compatible NVR/ONVIF client, set video stream parameters (resolution, frame rate, codec), enable Smart Illumination and IVS rules as needed, and adjust white balance or exposure modes based on the scene. For remote access, ensure network settings (IP/DHCP, port forwarding or P2P) are correctly configured.

Recommendations

For reliable night-time identification, mount the camera at an appropriate height and angle to avoid direct glare into the lens; enable Smart Illumination and set ROI or motion areas to reduce false alarms. Use PoE for simplified installation and a UPS or protected power source in critical applications. Regularly update firmware and use strong account credentials to maintain cybersecurity.
