Bezpečnostný káblový zámok EUROLITE KG-180S pre zaistenie zariadenia s kľúčom

EUROLITE KG-180S for Device Security with Key is a cable lock designed to secure electronics and small equipment by fastening them to a fixed point. The product consists of a flexible steel cable with a locking head operated by a physical key, intended for use with compatible security slots or mounting points on AV gear, computers, monitors, and other portable devices. The design emphasizes straightforward installation and portability, providing a basic theft-deterrent solution for offices, studios, events, and public areas where removable equipment requires an anchored connection.

Advantages

The cable lock offers a compact and portable method to secure devices without modifying equipment. Its keyed lock mechanism provides a reliable physical release and the steel cable resists casual cutting and pulling. The solution is compatible with common security slots and mounting points and can be quickly attached or removed as operational needs change. The simplicity of the design makes it suitable for temporary setups, transportable rigs, and locations where a visible physical deterrent is required.

How to use

Insert the lock head into the compatible security slot or attach it to the device mounting point, route the cable around a secure, immovable anchor such as a desk leg or fixed fixture, then engage the keyed lock and remove the key. Confirm the lock is fully seated and the cable is properly tensioned to prevent slack that could permit device removal. To unlock, insert the supplied key and turn according to the lock mechanism, then remove the lock head from the device. Regularly inspect the cable and lock for signs of wear or damage and store the key in a secure location when not in use.

Recommendations

Use the EUROLITE KG-180S as a visible, physical deterrent rather than a substitute for comprehensive security measures. Combine with other loss-prevention practices such as supervised storage, inventory tagging, and surveillance. Avoid placing unnecessary strain on the cable or using the lock with devices that lack an appropriate reinforced security slot.
