How to use

Insert the 6 mm slim bit into a compatible bit holder or torque holder before use. For work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC, always use the slimVario® bit holder or the slimTorque VDE bit holder (VDE torque system) specified by the manufacturer. Engage the hex bit fully with the fastener before applying torque and turn using a compatible screwdriver handle or driver. Inspect the bit and holder for damage before each use and replace if any insulation or mechanical defects are found.

Recommendations

Do not use the 6 mm slimBits in non‑approved holders; the 6 mm slim bit must only be used in the slimVario® or slimTorque VDE bit holders to maintain rated insulation and safety for work up to 1,000 V AC. Follow local safety procedures when working on live electrical equipment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
