Aktívny optický kábel CBO SFP28-AOC-3M 3 m SFP28 AOC kompatibilný s Huawei

Active Optical Cable CBO SFP28-AOC-3M is a 3-meter direct-attach optical cable designed for SFP28 ports and compatible with Huawei network equipment. The cable supports 25 Gbps links for short-reach connections in data centers and rack-to-rack environments. By using an optical medium in a fixed-cable form factor, it reduces electromagnetic interference and cable bulk while maintaining low latency and consistent signal integrity for high-speed connections between switches, servers and transceivers.

Advantages

The SFP28-AOC-3M provides reliable 25Gbps performance with low power consumption and plug-and-play operation in SFP28 ports. Its fixed 3 m length simplifies cable management in dense rack installations and eliminates the need for separate transceivers and fiber patch cords for short links. The optical construction reduces susceptibility to EMI and enables stable signal transmission over the intended short-reach distance.

Suitable for

• Short-reach 25Gbps connections between switches and servers
• Rack-to-rack links in data centers and server rooms
• Interconnects requiring low latency and stable signal integrity
• Environments where reduced cable bulk and EMI immunity are important

Key specifications

• Connector type: SFP28 form-factor plugs on both ends
• Data rate: 25 Gbps
• Length: 3 meters (fixed cable)
• Transmission medium: active optical cable (AOC)
• Typical use: short-reach interconnects in rack and data center environments
• Latency: low, suitable for high-performance networking

How to use

Install the active optical cable by inserting each SFP28 plug into the corresponding SFP28 port on network devices until the latch engages. No separate transceivers or additional fiber patching is required. Ensure both ends are compatible with the device vendor and firmware, then verify link status via device management interfaces. For best results, route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress on the connectors.

Recommendations

Use this 3 m AOC for intra-rack and short inter-rack connections where 25Gbps throughput and low latency are required. Avoid exposure to excessive tensile force, tight bending radii, and environments outside specified operating temperature ranges. Confirm compatibility with Huawei SFP28 ports and check device firmware for supported link settings before deployment.
