BNC konektor samica na krimpovanie RG-59 DeLOCK 90028

The DeLOCK BNC jack for crimping RG-59 (model 90028) is a female connector designed for use in radio frequency and video/data transmission systems. The connector has an outer diameter of 1.1 cm and overall dimensions of 11 mm (W) x 30 mm (D) x 11 mm (H). Each pack contains 5 silver-coloured pieces and includes a matching shrink tube to secure the cable termination.

Advantages

The connector set provides a compact, standard BNC female interface compatible with RG-59 cables, and the supplied shrink tube improves mechanical stability and environmental protection at the crimp point. Packing five pieces per set supports small installations or bulk replacements.

How to use

Prepare the RG-59 cable by stripping the outer jacket, braid and dielectric to the length required for the crimp connector. Slide the shrink tube over the cable before fitting the BNC jack. Follow standard crimping procedures for BNC terminations: insert the conductor and centre contact into the connector, crimp the ferrule to secure the braid and body, then position the shrink tube over the joint and apply heat to shrink it in place.

Recommendations

Use an appropriate crimping tool and the correct ferrule size for RG-59 to ensure reliable electrical contact. Verify polarity and signal integrity after termination and avoid over-heating the shrink tube to prevent deformation of the connector.
