Bosch 2 608 601 711 príslušenstvo k uhlovej brúske nosný tanier

The Bosch 2 608 601 711 X-LOCK Backing Pad Soft is designed for fine grit sanding (P60 and finer) with X-LOCK angle grinders. With a diameter of 115 mm, a flat sanding surface and thermostable plastic construction, the pad is optimised for fine sanding and resists high temperatures and breakage. Its heavy-duty design extends pad lifetime and the X-LOCK interface enables fast, keyless changing.

Advantages

The flat, soft backing surface ensures even contact with abrasive discs for consistent fine sanding results. Thermostable plastic construction increases resistance to heat and mechanical stress, while the heavy-duty design prolongs service life. The X-LOCK mounting provides a tool-free and quick accessory change compatible with X-LOCK angle grinders.

Suitable for

• Fine grit sanding (P60 and finer)
• Sanding and polishing surfaces requiring a flat backing pad
• Use with Bosch X-LOCK angle grinders

How to use

Attach the backing pad to an X-LOCK compatible angle grinder by aligning the pad with the grinder's X-LOCK interface and pushing until it locks. Fit the appropriate abrasive disc (P60 or finer) onto the pad, ensuring secure adhesion. Operate the grinder according to the tool manufacturer's safety instructions and recommended speeds for the chosen abrasive. After work, remove the pad by pressing the X-LOCK release and replace or store the pad as needed.

Recommendations

Use the backing pad with abrasives rated P60 and finer for best results. Avoid excessive pressure and prolonged high-speed use beyond the grinder manufacturer's recommendations to reduce heat build-up and extend pad life. Inspect the pad regularly for wear or damage and replace when compromised.
