Bosch 2 608 605 119 ručné brúsne príslušenstvo brúsny list P240 5 kusov

Bosch 2 608 605 119 P240 sanding sheets are intended for fine finishing and light paint or varnish removal. Each sheet measures 125 x 125 mm and the P240 grit delivers a smooth surface suitable for final sanding stages on wood, painted surfaces and primers. The pack contains 5 sheets in black backing, compatible with hand sanding and many detail sanders that accept square or rectangular abrasive sheets of this size.

Advantages

The P240 abrasive provides a fine grain that reduces visible scratches and prepares surfaces for final coatings. Sheets are sized for easy handling and precise work on edges and flat areas. The consistent abrasive distribution ensures even material removal and predictable results. The neutral black colour of the backing helps to visually distinguish these fine-grit sheets from coarser alternatives.

How to use

Select the P240 sheet when a fine, smooth finish is required. Attach the sheet securely to a compatible sanding pad or hold it by hand for detail work. Sand with light, even pressure along the grain on wood or with gentle circular motions on painted surfaces to avoid creating visible marks. Replace the sheet when abrasive performance decreases or the surface becomes clogged with dust. After sanding, remove dust with a soft brush or cloth before applying any final coating.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask when sanding. For best results on wood, progress from coarser to finer grits and finish with P240 to achieve a smooth substrate ready for paint or varnish. Avoid excessive pressure to extend sheet life and maintain surface quality.
