How to use

Fit the sanding roll to a compatible Bosch sander according to the sander manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure the sander is powered off and disconnected from power before installing. Secure the roll and check that it runs true before starting work. Use steady, even passes across the workpiece and avoid applying excessive pressure to preserve the abrasive surface and the substrate.

Recommendations

For best results, select an appropriate grit for the task and inspect the roll regularly for wear. Replace the roll when abrasive performance decreases or if the material becomes damaged. Use proper personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, a dust mask and hearing protection when sanding.
