Bosch 2 608 901 171 príslušenstvo na ručné brúsenie brúsna podložka pod brúsne kotúče 1 ks

EXPERT Flex Pad for Long Life Sanding Wood and Paint — a broad, extra-flexible sanding sponge designed for form-following hand sanding on wood and painted surfaces. The Bosch 2 608 901 171 backing pad measures 98 mm wide, 120 mm deep and 1.3 cm thick, and is made to resist clogging and breakage that occur with conventional sanding sheets. This single-piece pad uses Bosch Surface Structure technology to extend abrasive life and improve performance on curves and edges.

Advantages

The flexible foam construction adapts to irregular shapes and profiles, reducing the need for multiple sanding sheets. Bosch Surface Structure reduces clogging and prolongs abrasive life, while the robust single-piece design resists tearing during hand sanding. The pad’s dimensions (98 × 120 × 13 mm) provide a stable handhold and even contact with the work surface for consistent results.

Suitable for

• Sanding wood surfaces by hand
• Removing paint and smoothing painted surfaces
• Working on curved or profiled edges
• Detail and finishing work on furniture and joinery

How to use

Use the Bosch EXPERT Flex sanding pad for manual sanding by holding the pad with a firm, even grip and moving it along the grain on wood or across painted surfaces as required. Apply light to moderate pressure and let the flexible foam follow contours and edges for uniform abrasion. Replace the pad when abrasive performance declines or the foam shows excessive wear.

Recommendations

For best results, combine the EXPERT Flex Pad with appropriate grit abrasive sheets or strips compatible with Bosch Surface Structure. Start with coarser grit for material removal, then progress to finer grits for finishing. Clean the pad and workpiece regularly to minimise clogging and maintain consistent sanding performance.
