• Detail sanding in restoration and DIY projects

Key specifications

• Pack quantity: 25 sheets
• Sheet dimensions: 98 mm × 170 mm
• Compatible with: many Bosch palm and detail sanders (flat rectangular sheets)
• Suitable materials: wood, metal, plastic
• Format: rectangular flat abrasive sheets for manual or machine use

How to use

Select the appropriate grit grade for the task and attach the sheet to a compatible sander or hold it by hand for manual sanding. Begin with a coarser grit for rapid removal of material, then progress to finer grits to achieve the desired smoothness. Maintain even pressure and move the sheet with the grain when working on wood to minimize scratches. Replace worn sheets to preserve cutting efficiency and consistent results.

Recommendations

For best results, use a sequence of grits from coarse to fine and check the surface regularly. When sanding metal, consider using a lubricant or cutting fluid for some applications to reduce heat and clogging. Always use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and a dust mask and secure workpieces before sanding.
