Bosch EXPERT R782 PRISMA brúsny kotúč

The Bosch EXPERT R782 PRISMA grinding disc is engineered for fast, efficient removal of welds and material on stainless steel and steel workpieces. Featuring a flat-center design and Prisma ceramic fibre abrasive, this disc is intended to deliver high-speed grinding with reduced heat build-up and consistent finish on thin sheets and fabricated parts. It fits X-LOCK angle grinders and is suitable for professional and trade use where productivity and durable performance are required.

Advantages

The EXPERT R782 Prisma Ceramic Fibre Disc grinds stainless steel significantly faster than conventional discs while maintaining quality of finish. Its ceramic fibre abrasive offers long life and stable cutting action under heavy use, and the flat centre shape helps control contact and heat on thin material. Compatibility with X-LOCK mounting ensures quick, tool-free disc changes for uninterrupted work.

Suitable for

• Grinding down welds on stainless steel and fabricated steel parts
• Smoothing and leveling thin metal sheets
• Fast stock removal in metal fabrication and repair
• Applications requiring durable discs for repeated professional use

Key specifications

• Brand: Bosch
• Model: EXPERT R782 PRISMA
• MPN: 2608621806
• EAN: 4059952538297
• Design: Prisma ceramic fibre abrasive, flat centre

How to use

Mount the disc on an X-LOCK compatible angle grinder following the tool manufacturer’s safety instructions. Hold the grinder at a shallow angle and apply steady, even pressure to avoid gouging thin material; move the disc smoothly along welds or surfaces to achieve consistent stock removal. Allow the abrasive to do the work—avoid excessive force which can increase heat and wear. Replace the disc when cutting efficiency or surface quality declines.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment including eye and ear protection, gloves and respiratory protection when grinding stainless steel. Keep workpieces securely clamped and follow the angle grinder’s recommended speed limits and safety guidelines for X-LOCK accessories.
