Bosch GKS 18V-57-2 L PROFESSIONAL 16,5 cm čierna, modrá, strieborná 5000 ot/min

The Bosch GKS 18V-57-2 L PROFESSIONAL is a cordless circular saw designed for precise wood cutting on jobsites and in workshops. It features a 16.5 cm saw blade and a brushless motor that delivers consistent power and efficiency. With a maximum no-load speed of 5000 RPM and a cutting depth of 57 mm at 90°, this saw handles common crosscuts and rip cuts in timber. The tool is supplied with two 18 V, 5.5 Ah batteries to provide extended runtime while keeping the total tool weight at approximately 2.8 kg for improved maneuverability.

Advantages

The brushless motor increases energy efficiency and reduces maintenance compared with brushed designs, while the compact 16.5 cm blade and streamlined saw body improve access in confined spaces. Lightweight construction and included high-capacity batteries support longer work sessions without frequent recharging. The higher no-load speed enables clean, accurate cuts in a variety of wood types, and the cordless design eliminates the need for a mains connection during mobile tasks.

Suitable for

• Crosscutting and ripping of softwood and hardwood boards
• On-site carpentry, framing and renovation work
• Workshop projects where a compact, portable circular saw is required
• Tasks requiring repeated cuts with consistent depth and finish

Key specifications

• Blade diameter: 165 mm
• Maximum no-load speed: 5,000 RPM
• Maximum cutting depth at 90°: 57 mm
• Rated voltage: 18 V
• Battery capacity (per battery): 5.5 Ah
• Tool weight (approx.): 2.8 kg including battery

How to use

Before use, fit the appropriate 165 mm saw blade for the material and ensure the blade is securely tightened. Install a fully charged 18 V battery and set the cutting depth and guide as required for the task. Position the saw so the blade aligns with the cut line, maintain a steady feed speed, and allow the brushless motor to reach full speed before engaging the workpiece. After completing cuts, remove the battery and store the tool with the blade guard in place.

Recommendations

Use blades matched to the material and tooth configuration for optimal finish; for fine crosscuts choose a higher tooth count blade, and for fast rip cuts choose a lower tooth count. Operate with appropriate personal protective equipment (eye and hearing protection, dust mask) and use dust extraction or work in a well-ventilated area to reduce inhalation of wood dust.
