Bosch T 127 D Special for Alu pilové listy do priamočiarej píly

The Bosch T 127 D Special for Alu jigsaw blade is made from fully hardened high-speed steel (HSS) and is designed for straight, fast cuts in aluminium and other non-ferrous metals. It features a milled, side-set tooth geometry with large oval-shaped gullets and a medium tooth pitch of 3.0 mm. Each blade measures 100 mm in length and is intended for use in jigsaws with T-shank clamping systems; packs contain five blades.

Advantages

The milled, side-set tooth geometry combined with large oval gullets ensures efficient chip removal and fast cutting. Fully hardened HSS construction provides durability and maintains cutting performance when working with aluminium sheets, pipes and profiles. A 3.0 mm tooth pitch balances cutting speed and finish quality for medium-thick materials.

Suitable for

• Cutting aluminium sheets 3–15 mm thick
• Cutting aluminium pipes and profiles up to 30 mm diameter
• Use in jigsaws with T-shank clamping systems

How to use

Install the blade in the jigsaw following the tool manufacturer's instructions for T-shank blades, ensuring the teeth point in the correct cutting direction. Secure the workpiece and use appropriate clamping to prevent movement. Select a moderate to high cutting speed depending on material thickness and apply steady feed without forcing the blade. Replace the blade when cutting performance or finish quality deteriorates.

Recommendations

Use cutting lubricant sparingly if recommended for your specific aluminium alloy to improve chip evacuation and reduce heat. Wear appropriate eye and hand protection and follow the jigsaw manufacturer's safety guidelines.
