Bosch X-LOCK miskovitá kefa 75 mm zvlnený oceľový drôt 0,3 mm 8500 ot/min pre uhlovú brúsku 2608622104

Metalworkers and fabricators reach for this cup brush when they need to strip rust, scale, or old paint from steel surfaces before welding or repainting. The crimped steel wire bristles are aggressive enough for light deburring and roughening, yet controlled enough for surface preparation on non-ferrous metals as well. Its X-LOCK mount clicks onto compatible Bosch angle grinders in seconds—no flange nut, no spanner, no risk of over-tightening.

Why choose it

The X-LOCK system eliminates the need for separate clamping tools, reducing changeover time and preventing mounting errors. The crimped wire construction offers a balanced cut that is less aggressive than twisted wire, making it suitable for lighter surface work without excessive material removal. Bosch Professional quality ensures consistent wire density and balance for smooth operation at high speed.

Ideal use cases

• Removing light rust and paint from steel profiles, sheets, and weld seams
• Deburring cut edges and drilled holes in metal
• Roughening surfaces before adhesive bonding or coating
• Cleaning non-ferrous metals such as aluminium or copper without excessive scratching

Good to know

Always wear appropriate eye and hand protection when using wire brushes. Ensure the brush is rated for the maximum speed of your angle grinder. The brush is intended for dry use only. For best results, apply light pressure and let the brush do the work.
