Brúsne kotúče Bosch C430 Expert na drevo a farbu

The Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint sanding discs are designed to deliver long lifetime and consistent performance when sanding wood, veneer and painted or varnished surfaces. The discs feature an electrostatic open-coated abrasive that promotes dust removal and reduces clogging, while the durable abrasive grit and fully synthetic resin bond provide resistance to wear. Highly flexible C-/B- paper backing allows folding without cracking and makes these discs suitable for a wide range of sanding tasks with random orbital sanders.

Advantages

Electrostatic open-coating improves dust extraction and keeps the abrasive working longer by preventing sheet clogging. The tough grit and synthetic resin bond increase durability and support repeated use. Flexible paper backing allows the discs to conform to contours and fold without cracking, and compatibility with random orbital sanders ensures broad tool support.

Suitable for

• Sanding and keying paint and varnish
• Sanding wood, veneer and solid wood surfaces
• Intermediate sanding of varnish between coats
• Smoothing feather edges and sanding after wetting certain materials

How to use

Select the appropriate grit for the material and task. Attach the sanding disc to a compatible random orbital sander according to the sander manufacturer’s instructions. Use steady, even pressure and keep the sander moving to avoid creating grooves. For intermediate varnish sanding, sand lightly between coats. After use, inspect the disc for clogging or wear and replace when performance decreases.

Recommendations

For best results use with an extraction-equipped sander or a dust extraction system to maximize the benefits of the electrostatic open-coating and prolong disc life. Choose the correct grit for initial material removal or fine finishing to avoid unnecessary wear.
