Brúsne kotúče Bosch C430 Expert na drevo a lak

The Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint sanding discs deliver long lifetime and consistent performance when sanding wood, veneer and painted surfaces. Their electrostatic open-coated abrasive keeps dust extraction effective and reduces clogging, while the tough grit resists wear for extended use. These discs are made with a fully synthetic resin bond and a highly flexible C-/B- paper backing that allows folding without cracking. The product is supplied as sanding sheets/discs compatible with delta sanders and intended for keying and intermediate sanding of paint, varnish, filler, primer and wood-based materials.

Advantages

Electrostatic open coating improves dust removal and prevents sheet clogging, increasing sanding consistency. The wear-resistant abrasive grit prolongs service life and enables repeated use. Fully synthetic resin bond enhances durability, and the flexible paper backing allows the discs to be folded or used on contoured surfaces without cracking.

How to use

Select the appropriate grit for the task and attach the disc to a compatible delta sander according to the machine manufacturer’s instructions. Use the electrostatic coating and dust extraction system where available to maintain a clear working surface. Apply light, even pressure and move the sander steadily across the surface. For paint and varnish, use the discs for keying before refinishing and for intermediate sanding between coats. Replace discs when the abrasive performance declines or the disc is damaged.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (dust mask, eye protection and hearing protection). Ensure correct dust extraction and ventilation when sanding painted or veneered surfaces. Test on a small area when sanding after wetting or on unfamiliar materials to confirm suitability and avoid surface damage.
