Brúsne listy Bosch 93x186 mm K80, 50 kusov, 8 otvorov, na drevo a lak (Expert)

Bosch sanding sheets 93 x 186 mm in grit K80, pack of 50, are abrasive sheets designed for medium-to-coarse sanding of wood and painted surfaces. The sheets feature an 8-hole dust extraction pattern compatible with sanding machines that accept 93 x 186 mm sheets, enabling effective dust removal during sanding and consistent surface abrasion for paint removal, leveling and preparation prior to finishing.

Advantages

The K80 abrasive grit balances material removal rate and surface control, making these sheets suitable for removing old paint, smoothing rough timber and preparing substrates for primer or new coatings. The 8-hole layout improves compatibility with many orbital and finishing sanders and supports efficient dust extraction, which reduces clogging and extends abrasive life. The standardized sheet size ensures easy replacement and fast loading on compatible sanders.

Suitable for

• Sanding raw or rough wood surfaces
• Removing or leveling old paint and varnish
• Surface preparation before priming, staining or painting
• Medium to coarse smoothing and material removal tasks

Key specifications

• Sheet dimensions: 93 x 186 mm
• Abrasive grit: K80 (medium-coarse)
• Hole pattern: 8-hole for dust extraction
• Quantity: 50 sheets per pack
• Intended materials: wood and painted surfaces

How to use

Select a sanding machine compatible with 93 x 186 mm sheets and an 8-hole dust extraction pattern. Fit the sheet securely according to your sander manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the holes align with the sander’s dust port. Operate the sander at the recommended speed for the substrate, applying even pressure and keeping the tool moving to avoid creating gouges. Replace sheets when the abrasive surface becomes loaded, torn or worn to maintain consistent results.

Recommendations

For best results on painted surfaces start with K80 to remove coatings or level rough areas, then progressively move to finer grits for smoothing. Use with a dust extraction system or vacuum to minimize airborne particles and prolong sheet life. Store packs in a dry environment to prevent loss of abrasive performance.
