Brúsne listy Bosch C430 Expert na drevo a lak

The Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint sanding discs are designed for sanding wood, veneer and painted or varnished surfaces. The discs use a fully synthetic resin-bonded abrasive grit on a flexible C-/B- paper backing, offering long lifetime and resistance to wear. The electrostatically open-coated surface keeps space between grit particles to improve dust removal and reduce clogging, and the discs are compatible with multi-sanders.

Advantages

Electrostatic open-coating reduces clogging and improves dust extraction. Durable, wear-resistant abrasive grit extends service life and maintains performance over repeated use. Flexible C-/B- paper backing allows folding without cracking and adapts to contoured surfaces. Compatible with multi-sanders and suitable for sanding after wetting on some materials.

Suitable for

• Keying and sanding paint and varnish
• Sanding and smoothing wood, veneer and solid wood surfaces
• Intermediate sanding of varnish
• Smoothing feather edges and sanding after wetting on certain materials

How to use

Select the appropriate grit disc for the sanding stage, attach the disc to a compatible multi-sander and ensure secure fastening. Sand with even pressure, following the grain on wood or using light passes on painted/varnished surfaces. Replace discs when abrasive performance decreases or when clogging occurs. For feathering edges or smoothing after wetting, allow the surface to dry as appropriate and use fine-to-medium grit progression for best results.

Recommendations

Use with appropriate dust extraction when sanding painted or varnished surfaces. Wear suitable personal protective equipment (dust mask, eye protection and hearing protection). Store discs flat and dry to maintain backing flexibility and adhesive performance.
