Brúsny kotúč Bosch 2 608 619 366 zahnuté prevedenie pre oceľ

The Bosch 2 608 619 366 grinding disc with a depressed centre is designed for grinding and material removal on steel and other metals. It uses aluminium oxide abrasive grain in a phenol resin bond matrix with functional fillers and additives to suit general metal applications. The disc features a three-layer fibreglass net for enhanced safety and durability and meets EN 12413 safety requirements. The X-LOCK mounting system enables quick, keyless disc changes and is compatible with standard angle grinders.

Advantages

The aluminium oxide abrasive provides effective material removal on steel and non-ferrous metals while the phenol resin bond ensures consistent wear and performance. The three-layer fibreglass net increases resistance to breakage and improves operator protection. Compliance with EN 12413 confirms the disc's safety standards, and the X-LOCK interface allows fast, tool-free replacement while remaining compatible with conventional angle grinders.

How to use

Fit the disc to a compatible X-LOCK angle grinder according to the tool manufacturer's instructions; the keyless X-LOCK system secures the disc without additional tools. Ensure the grinder is switched off and unplugged (or battery removed) before mounting. During operation, hold the grinder firmly, apply moderate and even pressure, and move the disc steadily across the workpiece. Allow the abrasive to do the cutting; avoid excessive force that could overheat the disc or workpiece. After use, let the disc stop completely before handling or storing.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves, ear protection and protective clothing). Verify the disc's maximum RPM matches or exceeds the grinder's no-load speed. Do not use discs that are cracked, warped or damaged. For optimal results on steel, maintain a steady angle and consistent feed; replace the disc when cutting or grinding performance noticeably decreases.
