Brúsny kotúč Bosch 2608900923 Ø150 mm zrnitosť P240 balenie 50 ks

Sanding disc Bosch 2608900923 Ø150 mm grit P240 pack of 50 is a set of 50 round abrasive discs with a 150 mm diameter and a fine P240 grit. The discs are intended for fine sanding and surface finishing, delivering a consistent abrasive performance for smoothing wood, painted surfaces and soft fillers. They are designed to work with standard 150 mm hook-and-loop sanding pad holders, enabling quick attachment and replacement during sanding tasks.

Advantages

The P240 grit provides a fine abrasive action that reduces visible scratches and prepares surfaces for final finishing. Supplied in a pack of 50, the discs offer a cost-effective solution for repeated use and professional workflows. The round 150 mm format matches common sanding pad sizes to ensure even wear and reliable contact with the workpiece. The hook-and-loop backing allows fast changeover and steady retention during operation.

Suitable for

• Fine sanding of solid wood and veneer
• Surface preparation before painting or varnishing
• Smoothing soft fillers and putty
• Final sanding between finishing coats
• Use with 150 mm hook-and-loop orbital sanders

Key specifications

• Disc diameter: 150 mm
• Abrasion level: P240 (fine)
• Backing type: hook-and-loop (velcro) compatible
• Pack quantity: 50 discs
• Primary materials to sand: wood, painted surfaces, soft fillers

How to use

Attach the sanding disc to a compatible 150 mm hook-and-loop sanding pad, ensuring the abrasive is centered and secured. Start sanding with light, even pressure and move the sander steadily across the surface to avoid creating depressions or swirl marks. For painted or delicate surfaces, perform a test on an inconspicuous area to confirm the finish. Replace discs as they clog or lose cutting efficiency to maintain consistent results.

Recommendations

For optimal results, use the P240 discs for final smoothing and between-coat sanding rather than heavy material removal. Keep the sanding surface clean and work with the grain on wood surfaces. When working on painted or sensitive finishes, reduce speed and pressure to avoid over-sanding. Store the discs flat in a dry environment to preserve abrasive integrity.
