Brúsny list Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint 2608605318 zrnitosť 120

The Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint sanding sheet (120 grit, MPN 2608605318, EAN 3165140161350) is designed for sanding wood, veneer and painted surfaces. Its electrostatic open-coated surface and space between the abrasive grains enable consistent dust removal and reduce sheet clogging. The abrasive is resin-bonded for long life, and the flexible C-/B-paper backing allows folding without cracking. The sheet is compatible with orbital sanders and suitable for intermediate and finishing sanding tasks.

Advantages

The open-coated electrostatic surface prevents clogging and maintains cutting performance when sanding paint, varnish and wood. Tough, resin-bonded abrasive grains resist wear for extended use, while the flexible backing supports folding and working on edges. The product delivers consistent dust extraction and reliable lifetime for repeated sanding operations.

Suitable for

• Sanding raw and finished wood (solid wood, veneer)
• Keying and sanding paint, varnish and primer
• Intermediate sanding of varnished surfaces
• Smoothing feather edges and sanding after wetting on some materials
• Use with orbital sanders for panel and surface work

How to use

Attach the sanding sheet to a compatible orbital sander according to the sander manufacturer's instructions. Use steady, even passes and avoid excessive pressure to extend sheet life and maintain an even finish. For painted or varnished surfaces, begin with a suitable grit progression and finish with the C430 120 grit for intermediate smoothing. Replace the sheet when the abrasive shows significant wear or when clogging cannot be cleared by dust extraction.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (dust mask, eye protection) and ensure dust extraction is connected when possible. Test on a small area before full application to confirm compatibility with the substrate and to select the correct sanding progression.
