Bosch Handschleifblatt W480 Web 1/4 G320 sanding sheets, sized 115 x 140 mm and sold in a 10-pack, are precision abrasive sheets intended for manual sanding and fine finishing. With a very fine G320 grit, these sheets are formulated to deliver a smooth surface on wood, metal and composite materials, and to prepare substrates for painting or varnishing. The sheets are compatible with standard 115 x 140 mm sanding blocks and many hand-held sanding tools that accept this format.

Advantages

These Bosch sanding sheets offer a uniform abrasive surface and consistent grit distribution for even material removal and minimal scratching. The fine G320 abrasive provides controlled polishing capability while preserving surface details. Supplied in a practical 10-pack, the sheets are convenient for repeat tasks and small projects, and their standard dimensions ensure compatibility with common manual sanding holders.

Suitable for

• Fine sanding of wood and removing light imperfections
• Surface preparation before painting or varnishing
• Smoothing metal or composite surfaces and seam finishing
• Final polishing and feathering of repairs

Key specifications

• Grit: G320 (very fine)
• Dimensions: 115 x 140 mm
• Format: hand sanding sheet for manual blocks and compatible hand tools
• Pack quantity: 10 sheets

How to use

Select a sanding block or hand tool that accepts 115 x 140 mm sheets and attach the sheet securely to avoid movement during use. Work with light, even pressure and move the sheet along the grain on wood or across the surface evenly on metal and composites to avoid creating low spots. Replace sheets when the abrasive becomes glazed or no longer cuts effectively. After sanding, remove dust with a brush or cloth before applying paint or varnish to ensure proper adhesion.

Recommendations

For best results, use the G320 sheets as a final finishing step after coarser grits. Keep the work area clean and change sheets frequently when performing precision finishing to maintain an even surface. When sanding painted layers or coatings, wear appropriate respiratory protection and follow local safety guidelines.
