BSTECH medová papierová rolka 50 cm x 100 m – ekologické balenie na vypchávanie

Warehouse packers and e-commerce fulfillment teams rely on this BSTECH honeycomb paper to protect fragile items during transit. The die-cut kraft paper expands into a three-dimensional honeycomb structure that locks together without tape, creating a resilient cushion around products. Each roll measures 50 cm wide and 100 m long, offering ample material for high-volume packing stations. The natural brown paper is 85 gsm, perforated every 50 cm for easy tearing, and compatible with standard 76 mm core dispensers. It replaces plastic bubble wrap and foam, reducing packaging waste while maintaining reliable protection.

Why choose it

This honeycomb paper offers a sustainable alternative to plastic packaging without sacrificing performance. Its self-locking design means no tape or adhesive is required—simply stretch and wrap. The paper is clean, odor-neutral, and safe for direct contact with most products. It works with manual or automated dispensers, speeding up packing operations. By switching to this paper, businesses can reduce their environmental footprint and meet customer demand for plastic-free shipping materials.

Ideal use cases

• Void fill in shipping boxes to prevent movement
• Cushioning for glassware, ceramics, and electronics
• Wrapping individual items for added protection
• Layering between stacked products on pallets
• Retail gift wrapping with a rustic, eco-conscious look

Good to know

Store the roll in a dry, room-temperature environment to maintain paper integrity. The honeycomb pattern expands when pulled, so a little material goes a long way. Each roll is lightweight and easy to handle, yet provides substantial protection. For high-volume operations, consider pairing with a dispenser stand for efficient unwinding and tearing.
