Components are selected to assist both inexperienced home cooks and experienced users in achieving consistent results when preparing pizzas from dough to table.

Advantages

The set combines shaping and handling tools that reduce slipping and tearing of dough, enable safer transfer of pizzas into and out of hot ovens, and speed up common tasks such as topping and slicing. Materials are chosen for heat resistance and ease of cleaning, while compact storage and coordinated tools simplify workflow during active pizza preparation.

Suitable for

• Home cooks preparing fresh dough and homemade pizzas

• Small gatherings and informal serving at table or outdoors
• Pizza workshops and hands-on cooking classes

Recommendations

Preheat your oven or cooking stone to the recommended temperature before transferring a pizza to ensure optimal crust development. Lightly dust tools and work surfaces with flour or semolina to prevent sticking. Inspect handles and tool surfaces for wear over time and avoid exposing non-metal parts to direct flame.
