CellPack 144430 zmršťovacia bužírka bez lepidla hnedá 3,2 mm 2:1 15 m

Electricians and maintenance technicians use this brown heat shrink tubing to insulate and protect wire splices in low-voltage installations. The 15-metre reel provides ample material for multiple repair jobs in control cabinets or automotive harnesses.

Key specifications

• Supplied internal diameter: 3.2 mm
• Recovered internal diameter: 1.6 mm
• Shrink ratio: 2:1
• Length: 15 m
• Material: Polyolefin
• Colour: Brown
• Adhesive lined: No
• Minimum shrink temperature: 90 °C
• Full recovery temperature: 120 °C
• Operating temperature range: -55 to 125 °C
• Dielectric strength: >20 kV/mm
• Flammability: Self-extinguishing (UL VW-1)
• Voltage rating: 600 V

Why choose it

This tubing shrinks uniformly when heated, creating a tight, professional finish without adhesive residue. The brown colour blends with common wire insulation, and the polyolefin material resists common solvents and abrasion.

Ideal use cases

• Insulating soldered or crimped connections
• Bundling wires in automotive or marine applications
• Providing strain relief at connector backshells
• Colour-coding circuits for identification

Good to know

Apply heat evenly with a hot air gun until the tubing fully recovers. Avoid overheating to prevent charring. The tubing is self-extinguishing and meets UL VW-1 flammability requirements.
