How to use

Fit the adjustable headband comfortably around the head so that the lamp sits above the forehead and the beam aligns with your line of sight. Install a fresh CR2025 alkaline battery according to the polarity markings in the battery compartment, then close the compartment securely. Use the on/off control to switch the light on or off; point the light by turning your head rather than holding the unit. After use, turn the lamp off and remove the battery if storing for an extended period to prevent leakage.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use a fresh high-quality CR2025 alkaline battery and store the flashlight in a dry location at room temperature. Clean the lens and housing with a soft cloth to maintain light output and check the headband adjustment regularly to ensure a secure fit during activity.
