Fólia vyhrievacieho telesa ako náhrada pre HP LaserJet 2200, sivá

Replacement heating element film for the HP LaserJet 2200 series fuser assembly. The gray, teflon-coated film provides a heat-resistant, low-friction surface inside the fuser unit to enable consistent toner fusion to paper. It is designed for repair or maintenance of office printers and service-center refurbishments where restoring fuser performance is required.

Advantages

The teflon-coated surface offers resistance to high temperatures and prevents toner adhesion, helping to reduce paper jams and streaks. The film restores even heat distribution across the fuser roller contact area, which improves print consistency and reduces the need for repeated reprints. Its form is intended to match the original fuser geometry to allow straightforward replacement during routine service.

Suitable for

• Repairing the fuser unit of HP LaserJet 2200 series printers
• Preventive maintenance in office printing fleets
• Service center refurbishments and part replacements
• Restoring consistent toner fusion on plain paper media

Key specifications

• Color: gray with teflon coating
• Function: heat-resistant fuser surface for toner fusion
• Compatibility: designed for HP LaserJet 2200 series fuser assemblies
• Material properties: non-stick, heat-resistant surface to minimize toner transfer and paper abrasion

How to use

Power off the printer and allow the fuser assembly to cool before starting any service. Remove the fuser assembly following manufacturer service instructions, then carefully peel or slide out the worn heating element film. Install the replacement film matching orientation and seating points of the original part, ensuring a smooth, wrinkle-free fit along the fuser roller. Reassemble the fuser and test print several pages to confirm even toner fusion and correct fuser operation.

Recommendations

Use appropriate electrostatic discharge precautions and protective gloves when handling the fuser and film. Verify compatibility with your specific printer model and inspect rollers and pressure pads for wear; replace other worn fuser components if necessary to achieve optimal print quality.
