The CHERRY Compact G84-4100LCADE-2 is an ultra-low-profile wired keyboard with USB and PS/2 connectivity, designed for environments where space and weight are limited. It features a QWERTY layout with compact dimensions, 86 keys and a 1.75 m cable. The keyboard is suitable for office and industrial settings such as banking, medical facilities, 19-inch installations and portable systems; a numerical block (G84-4700) can be added for extended numeric input.

Advantages

This compact keyboard uses mechanical ML-series keys that provide high-precision key action and long service life (individual keys rated for 20 million operations). Its 18 mm keycap grid and exceptionally space-efficient, slim design make it lightweight and easy to integrate into Slim Line PCs, notebooks or rack-mounted 19-inch applications. LED indicators show Num Lock, Caps Lock and Scroll Lock status. Reliability is supported by an MTBF of 170,000 hours.
